How do you remotely manage my server?
We use automated
monitoring tools , and built-in SBS 2003 Server Health
Monitoring to alert us to impending issues, which we proactively fix
before downtime occurs. We review your monitoring report each night, and attend
to any critical issues after hours. We run a monthly security scan on your
server, and port scan your connection from the Internet to make sure
it is secure. All work done under contract is logged to the SBS
Sharepoint Help Desk for your review. Otherwise you might think we aren't doing
anything!
How do I know you are capable of doing this and won't harm my
system?

We are Microsoft Certified Partners - which requires us to
have Certified Professionals on staff. This is earned by taking regular tests
sponsored by MS and earning points for completed projects.

We have earned the "Network Infrastructure Solutions"
competency. This requires that we have 2 professionals pass a specific test(we
have 3) AND we must submit references, that are verified by MS, for
completed networking projects.

Additional testing and sales training qualified us to be
a "Small Business Specialist"

We'll provide references upon request, of course.
What is the cost?
For SBS2000/2003 Server networks with up to 10 workstations, the
monthly cost is only $175, paid quarterly or annually. Call us to quote
management for larger networks and Windows 2000/2003 Standard/Enterprise
networks.
How do I sign up?
Contact us for a copy of our Network Administration Contract.
Fax the a signed contract to us and we will begin watching your network
for problems, reviewing your logs and reports, and making sure your server is
patched with all the necessary security and bug fixes from Microsoft.
